Tours are available after prior reservation on the website with a maximum of 40 people (a group fee is applied for 20 or more visitors) per hour.

- Purchase a sticker ticket from the ticket vending machine at the entran
- The last tickets are sold 30 minutes before closing. Tickets will not be sold in person unless the ticket vending machine is out of order.
- This exhibition is only available through online reservation.
- Tours are led by experienced guides and begin every hour.
- Visitors should arrive 10 minutes before the tour to confirm their reservation and receive their tickets.
- Attach the sticker so that it is clearly visible (it may spoil leather or fur) before entering the video lecture room.
